My therapeutic style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. My approach is person-first. I bring both clinical training and lived experience to my practice. Whether you’re struggling with addiction, anxiety, relationships or simply feeling stuck in life,I create a safe space for a therapeutic conversation and work with people to untangle unhelpful narratives, and knit together new ones.

My own journey to becoming a therapist began with the need to make sense of my own situations and self. I understand that our unique life experiences shape how we think, feel, and relate to the world and one another.

Amazing things unfold when humans, together, face the problems of living with openness and kindness and without pressure to perform. This is the essence of therapy.

We can’t change what’s happened to us, and we can’t change what we’ve done – but we can change how we think and relate to our experience, and this in turn can change how our experiences feel to us in the here and now.

Unlike some therapists I don’t sell the promise of personal transformation. But I can help you develop a new relationship with your mind, and in turn that can transform the way you see your life and yourself.

I hold a certificate in hypnotherapy and psychotherapy, am registered with the CNHC, and am a UKCP trainee member. I am fully insured and registered with the ICO. I adhere to the ethical framework of the UKCP.
