Couples Therapy
Couples Therapy – Our Therapists
Couples therapy is a talking therapy that focuses on two people working together on their relationship in a committed way.
It could be that you and your partner are trying to progress things in your relationship. Or it might be that you want to get back something that’s been lost, move on from an upset, or perhaps end things with the least possible disruption for your children.
Mark Hayward and Fiona Miller
Available: Wednesday evenings, Thursday afternoons
We are Mark Hayward and Fiona Miller. We have both been practising for many years as qualified and registered systemic (relationship) psychotherapists.
We’ve worked together for over 20 years, developing an ethical approach that is conscious of cultural and gendered pressures and expectations. We’re also both registered with UKCP and AFT as psychotherapists and psychotherapy supervisors.

Hi, I’m Holly. I’m an NCPS Level 4 counsellor who draws on a wide range of theories, approaches, and professional knowledge to best support your individual needs. I may use methods such as Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, Gestalt, or more creative techniques to help you explore what’s going on inside when you feel stuck.
