“Hello, and welcome to my profile. I first discovered therapy myself in my late 20s. I found it so helpful and inspiring that I decided to train as a counsellor myself. Nearly 20 years on, I feel just as passionate about the potential for therapy to change people’s lives for the better.
My passion has always been to work with people. You may feel stressed, lost, confused, sad. Person-Centred counselling can support you clarify your thoughts and feelings, find the root of the problem and how to fix it.
I truly believe that you are expert in own life and that you know best where it hurts. If you don’t know where to start, a good place to begin can be to find someone outside your day-to-day life and that you feel safe with, so that you can open up and talk about the things that you may have always struggled to communicate.
By giving you space to explore your thoughts and feelings, I will support you to understand yourself more fully, find trust in yourself and find the answers you are looking for. I hope that you will feel more in control to make changes and be happier about yourself.
I am a bilingual counsellor, that can also work with you in Romanian, if that would suit you better.
Where do we begin? Please email or phone to discuss your situation or ask any questions. We can then arrange an initial session; we may choose to commit to a number of sessions (perhaps 4 or 6). I aim to offer you counselling that is useful and relevant to you. I will therefore check out that you feel you are getting what you need. After that we may work longer-term if we both feel it would be beneficial to continue”.
