Hello and welcome. I’m an integrative counsellor inviting you on your own individual journey towards healing, growth, and deeper self-understanding. My approach combines person-centred counselling with techniques that engage with the soul aspects of the psyche. I offer creative methods such as sand play therapy, and dreamwork.
As an accredited member of the NCPS (www.ncps.com membership number NCS24-00325), I follow their professional ethics to ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive space. I offer a creative, integrative, and nature-connected approach, to explore your issues through the restorative power of reconnecting the outer world you live in, with the inner worlds of your imagination and intuition – or however you experience the workings of your soul life.
Alongside counselling, I am a qualified Homeopath and Homeobotanical therapist, having trained with the Contemporary College of Homeopathy and worked in this field for over 15 years. Homeopathy can compliment therapy but also works as a standalone for physical, mental and emotional challenges.
