Therapist Biography

Laura is a registered and experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist and yoga teacher. She treats a range of conditions from back and joint pain, soft tissue injuries, female pelvic health conditions including: pelvic girdle pain in pregnancy, postnatal rehabilitation, pelvic floor dysfunction, bladder urgency and incontinence to mild prolapse symptoms as well as more general movement and wellbeing. As part of her physiotherapy treatments she can offer manual therapy, acupuncture, deep tissue massage, taping as well as education and advice regarding your condition and exercises to help manage and treat them. She also offers yoga 1-1 sessions and enjoys weaving the two worlds of yoga and physiotherapy together in treatment, where desired and of interest to the client.

Laura continues to be driven by her interest in the human body and in working together with clients to improve their health and wellbeing. When not at work, Laura is kept busy by her two young children, house renovations and spending as much time outside in nature as possible, particularly if it’s in or with a view to the sea!

She looks forward to welcoming you.
